300,000 Pre-registrations Posted for T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S5

Despite the critiques, it seems like the Samsung Galaxy S5 might end-up breaking some sales records, as T-Mobile revealed on Twitter that more than 300,000 pre-registrations have been posted for Samsung’s handset. This means that more than 300,000 people have shown their interest in learning more about the new Sammy smartphone. Anyway, we are curious to see how many of these pre-registrations will transform into sales.

Of course, there’s no doubt that this is a high number, mostly because T-Mobile is the smallest out of the four major US carriers (Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint). We would also like to see some pre-registration numbers from the other three big US carries, but this is pretty unlikely to happen.

If you’re wondering what drove 300,000 into registering for Galaxy S5 news, hear that the handset brings a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display with 1080p resolution, quad-core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of storage, microSD, WiFi, LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, IR blaster, NFC, heart rate sensor, fingerprint sensor, and a 13 MP primary camera.
